La nostra casa-vacanze si trova al 1° piano di un antico palazzo del '900 angolo Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano dove è situata la famosa Basilica. Ci troviamo a pochi passi dal Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia e dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche.
I trasporti pubblici sono davanti al portone del palazzo dove passa la linea diretta bus che conduce alla stazione Termini e nelle principali aree di interesse storico, artistico e culturale della città. Si tratta di una struttura nuova, recentemente restaurata che vi offre la possibilità di soggiornare in un ambiente accogliente e familiare.
E’ il terzo obelisco riutilizzato da Sisto V. Datato 1504/1450 a.C., fu trovato nel circo Massimo, dove lo fece innalzare l’imperatore Costanzo nel 357 d.C. Con 47 m., è il più alto di tutti.

There you might get the bus 714 and get off at “Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano” stop. On the corner you can see a newsstand and in that way there is Via Merulana 137.
By plane
Roma Fiumicino Airport is linked to the city by motorway and also with a local train service called Leonardo Express that leaves every 30 minutes from Termini Station. Roma Ciampino Airport is only a few bus stops from the tube station of “Anagnina” which takes to Termini Station. The journey to Termini takes about 20 minutes. Otherwise you might get the shuttle bus from Ciampino which has its terminus at Termini Station on Via Marsala. When you are in front of Termini Station in Via Marsala, get to the other side of the Station to Piazza dei Cinquecento where there is the terminus. On the large square Piazza dei Cinquecento.
