The Maresol Residence, with its beautiful view on the sea, is situated on a little hill, in a perfect position , near the center of Viesta (1500 m ) and the famous beach of Pizzomunno (1300m). Recent constructions are totally fenced, and the gates are automatic with an internal parking that is extended on an area of 10.000m2. the complex is composed of small villas in the ground and first floor , with personal entrances, in the middle of the green of the Mediterranean between the calm of the olives and the perfumes of the pins.
The small villas (vilettes), supplied with all kinds of comfort , are composed of one, two or three rooms plus a living room, the clients have also access to the parking, the playground, a TV room with a video films, restaurant, ping pong, 2 Solarium, grill, laundry. A road free of traffic leads directly to the beach where one can find a parking in shades and an equipped shore.
The prices are: 1 parking place near the beach + 2 beach seats + 1 umbrella = 7 euros per day. The restaurant with a sea view, situated on the splendid beach very charming with its authentic style, in the restaurant there are only 12 places, the specialities are all plates related to fish, very fresh and also excellent meat, the prices are very convenient a complete dinner on candles light cost 25,00 euros per person included beverage.
The direction is always at the service of its clients, they will receive excellent reception and all advices necessary for their stay, for example: the indications about the cheapest shops, the maps of Viesta and of gargano, of the beach, the coast that is composed of one cave and 50 other beaches also all touristic information will be provided in order to make your holidays unique and unforgettable.
