Magnolia House holiday house.
It is situated in the famous town "S’Agata sui due Golfi” (fraction of Massa Lubrense) ,a little turistic center located between the Golf of Naples and the Golf of Salerno.
S’Agata is situated only 3Km from Massa Lubrense, 6Km from Marina del Cantone(15minutes with the car or bus), 9Km from Sorrento (15min), 14Km from Positano(25min), 30Km from Amalfi(50min) and 50Km from Naples(60min).
From Sorrento you can catch a speed hydrofoil or ferry for the islands of Capri and Ischia and Naples; boats and buses for Positano and Amalfi, trains for Naples, Pompei, Herculaneum, Paestum as well.
Magnolia House is located at 300 meters from the center of S’Agata “sui due Golfi” and also at a 100 meters you can find shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a nice espresso and local pizza. In the center of S’Agata there is the bus stop that leaves for Sorrento and also for Marina del Cantone and Positano : two beach locations.
Tourists can find international very well known restaurants such as the “Don Alfonso” which dates 1890. There you can taste wine and typical olive oil. The weather is very mild during the year and the summer nights are cool and refreshing. The location is ideal for hiking lovers considering that Massa Lubrense and the entire Peninsula of Sorrento offer lovely walking excursions. Magnolia House has one big bedroom with a double bed, a big and completely equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a large living room and with two comfortable safabed (one double and one single).
The apartment is provided with all the domestic facilities such as satellite TV, DVD and Cd player, microwave,washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry facilities and more. Also, we have radiators optional. The open patio is supplied by a sun covering structure and is totally reserved to the guests of Magnolia House . You are free to weekly use the laundry machine.
