The most desired is our two-bedded minisuite – it is possible to add a third bed – in a lovely and comfortable penthouse with a long terrace facing our park. In the private facilities an old bath-tub with lion paws is remarkable. Breakfast will be served at the same floor.

How to get there

After the last motorway toll-gate we suggest you to go direction Trieste – Sistiana – Castello di Miramare, on the SS14, an every season spectacular road.
After 12 km and two short tunnels you reach the crossing to the Miramare Castle.
Continue along Viale Miramare 3,5 km.
At the traffic light at Largo a Roiano turn left, pass under a road bridge, then turn 3 times right, taking Via Udine. Continue along it 200 m and you are at destination.
The measurements are not perfect however reliable.
This “secret” villa – secret because you can't see it from the road – is surrounded with its private park of big old trees, where you can find a free parking for your vehicle. It is located near to the railroad station and the bus and airbus terminals.
In the immediate surrounding there are bus stops of lines leading everywhere (to the city centre, to Miramare and Duino, the Carso etc.)
