DIRECTIONS to REACH us VERY EASILY and QUICKLY.

By car. When you come from Autostrada A1 (autobahn?) you'll enter the ring around Rome called G.R.A. (Gran Raccordo Anulare). Go NorthWest and take the ''Flaminia'' exit (exit nr. 6, be careful to take the right one with direction Rome Center, because there are two exit nr.6, the first is going out of Rome to Terni; i.e. coming from northwest you should find Salaria exit nr. 7 and then Flaminia exit nr. 6, the first should be to Terni and the second to Roma Centro). Then follow via Flaminia till Corso Francia, you'll see a big trafficlight, turn right and go up in Via di Vigna Stelluti. At the end cross the square (Piazza Giochi Delfici) and follow the street Via Camilluccia just in front of you. At the end of the street you are forced to go right (Piazza Igea and Via Igea); at the end find a trafficlight and turn left in Via Trionfale. Go down and then up and turn soon at the first side street on the right (you should see signs for Balduina), it should be Via Durante and then changes name after the crossstreets in Via Balduina.
At the first square (not far), it's Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo, turn right and you are arrived. The first building on the right side of the street, it's Via Alfredo Serranti, is ours, the entrance is at nr 12 immediately after the Tabacchi (Tobacco) shop and before the Bar. Ring the bell where our last name Foca is written and come up welcome at the 4th floor, the penthouse.

From Fiumicino ''Leonardo da Vinci'' Airport (by train or taxi).
Train. From 8.00 a.m to 8.00 pm: Take the train from Fiumicino ''Leonardo da Vinci'' Airport, the line is
called ''fm1'', and go out in Trastevere Station. Then take the train of
the line called ''fm3'', direction Cesano and/or Viterbo, and go out in
Balduina Station. The total cost is less than 5.00 euro. When you are out of
Balduina Station you'll see on the left a Tobacco Shop and a Bar, a side
street called Via R.R. Pereira, and then a traffic light after ca. 20
meters. At the traffic light go left, the name of the street is Via Ugo De
Carolis, and go straight (the name of the street changes in Via Balduina
after 80-100 meters) till a square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo
(you'll see a convent on the right going up and a rouded median strip with
trees in the middle of the square). Via Serranti is the short side street on
the left going up, at the square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo, up to Via Massimi. Our
building is the first on the right side of the street, the entrance is at
the nr 12, after a Tobacco Shop and before a Bar, ring the bell where our
last name Foca is written on and you are arrived, we are in the penthouse
(4th floor by elevator) at the top, very easy!

Please take only a regular one, they are white with Taxi and a Code written in a well visible way, please choose 3570 or 5551 companies, the most reliable (you'll see 3570 or 5551 written on the car)). Tell the taxi driver to go directly up at the top of Via Balduina, Balduina neighborhood; tell him that Via Serranti is a side street on the left going up to via Massimi, at a square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo. Our building is the first, the entrance after a Tobacco Shop, ring the bell where Foca is written on and you are arrived we are in the penthouse (4th floor by elevator) at the

From the train station, Stazione Termini.
Take the Metro train from Stazione Termini direction Battistini, the line is
called ''A'', and go out in Valle Aurelia. Then with the same ticket take the train of
the line called ''fm3'', direction Cesano and/or Viterbo, and go out in
Balduina Station.
When you are out of Balduina Station you'll see on the left a Tobacco Shop and a Bar, a side
street called Via R.R. Pereira, and then a traffic light after ca. 20
meters. At the traffic light go left, the name of the street is Via

If you prefer you can take the metro A till Cipro Musei Vaticani Station (the station before Valle Aurelia) and then the bus 990 in Via Andrea Doria (on the right out of the station) going up to the hill in front of you. Stop at the square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo (you'll see it as described, but you can even ask the driver) and you are arrived just in front of us.

The public transportation is cheaper but much longer.
From 8.00 a.m to 8.00 pm: Ryan Air should have a bus service to Termini Station (there should be a
public service too to Termini, and a bus service to Anagnina Metro Station
that is a station on the Metro line ''A'', it's all right too).
