How to get there
The “Cigno Ligustico” is in the centre of the main square of Pignone.
Reaching Pignone by car is without doubt the most practical means of transport, even if it is also possible to arrive at La Spezia (also Monterosso or Levanto) by train and from there continuing for Pignone by bus.
Reaching us by car
A) For those arriving from Milan, Bologna or other locations in Northern Italy:
take the A15 Parma-La Spezia highway towards La Spezia;
Once you reach La Spezia, proceed on the highway, taking the A12 Genoa-Leghorn towards Genoa and continue for 18.6km to the Brugnato exit;
Proceed to Step C.
B) B) For those arriving from Genoa/Eastern Liguria/Piemonte/Val d’Aosta/France or from Tuscany/Central and Southern Italy
Take the A12 Genoa-Leghorn highway to the Brugnato exit.
For those arriving from Genoa, it is the exit before La Spezia, for those arriving from Leghorn it is the one immediately after La Spezia. (Do not leave the highway until you reach Brugnato);
Proceed to Step C.
C)From the highway exit at Brugnato (SP)
Leave the highway at Brugnato, proceed on the SP7 for 700 metres;
Turn right on the SP566 in the direction of Borghetto and proceed for about 1.5km;
Turn left in the direction towards La Spezia and proceed for 10km;
When you are in Pian di Barca turn right in the direction of Pignone/Cinque Terre and proceed for 4.7km to Pignone;
Once you get to Pignone, turn right for the town centre, go under the arch and you will have reached the characteristic town square,
