The owners Paola and Alberto renovated the whole property with passion and enthusiasm, safeguarding and enhancing to the old stone walls and the vaulted ceiling.
The rooms were restructured with respect to local traditions and now offer a cosy and warm environment, which reminds old times and creates a poetic and romantic atmosphere.

Sarzana is a small town with a great past. In fact, it has always been a crossroads between Liguria, Tuscany and Emilia Romagna.
It has always been an important agricultural, trade and strategic centre, but during the Middle Age, it became a relevant religious and legal centre, hosting the bishop and the tribunal.
Majestic palaces, squares and monuments are surrounded by the narrow streets of the historic centre, where antique and artisan workshops mushroom.
Sarzana is strategically placed from the historical and landscape point of view.
Its surroundings offer extremely diverse landscapes and opportunities, from the majestic Apuan Riviera to the River Magra Valley, from the magic Gulf of Poets with Lerici and Portovenere to the romantic landscapes of Cinque Terre.
