Located in the green rolling hills just 6 km from the sea and less than 1 km from the delightful hilltop village of Massignano, "Il Melograno B&B" is a typical old Marche farmhouse which has been recently restored. Surrounded by olive groves, sunflower fields and vineyards, you will be able to unwind and discover the many natural and historical hidden gems of this area in the southern part of the Marche called il Piceno.
Il Melograno is also an ideal destination for an active holiday as it is close to the sea and to the mountains. We have mountain bikes for our guests, there are many opportunities for trekking and there is a golf course nearby.
To get the day off to a good start we offer a delicious breakfast with various types of home baked bread (with wholemeal and spelt flours, sunflower seeds, yoghurt), cakes (including a flourless chocolate cake, brownies, muffins), jams and marmalades as well as the wonderful fruits grown locally, yoghurt, cereals and fruit juices.
As Annelise is a qualified teacher of Italian with many years' experience in London there is the possibility of Italian language courses ranging from total beginners to advanced.
