Rive’s it’s a sunny and romantic stone country house situated in one evocative and peacefully valley among uncontaminated woods and small vineyards situated in the Langhe hills famous for the production of the Barolo wine but also for the landscape and the castles. Recently restructured for activity of Bed & Breakfast the structure is the classic heart of the Langhe, 3 km. from the small medieval village of Sinio, 18 km. from Alba city and to few s kilometres from the famous castles of Grinzane Cavour, Serralunga d' Alba and Barolo. Inside the independent structure there are the guest’s rooms. We have two double rooms with private bath and an apartment with kitchenette (you slide low). A bed for children can be added in every room. At guest disposal, in reception, there is an emplacement for the connection via Internet. The breakfast, comprises a choice of coffee, milk, the, orange juice, bread, cake, yogurt, marmalade, butter, honey, cornflakes and fruit. Bread, marmalade and apple cake are home made. Upon request, it comes served a sturdy breakfast with local products like cheeses, salami and eggs. The breakfast it’s served in our wide and cosy living room, equipped of fireplace and reading corner with sofa and TV. A supplied bookcase about Piedmont is available for the guests. Maria and Maurizio, the two owners, are expert travellers, having visited 5 continents. They are to your disposition in order to suggest routes (you see Activity/Events) and at best organize the stay of your preferences. The English language is well spoken, discreetly the French, we speak a little bit of German. The domestic animals are accepted, but not in the rooms. They will be able to make company in garden to ours two dogs Tommy and Jerry. Between the recreational activities the guests will be able to play at ping-pong table, with darts, with bowls or play volleyball. In summer a large gazebo with tables is in the garden on hand for the breakfast or other. From the homestead are starting (you see Hike and Bike) easy walking routes of 3/4 hours that can be used also in mountain-bike. The biking routes passing on quiet, beautiful and panoramic secondary roads. Maurizio, patented naturalistic guide of Piedmont region, is available in order to organize at best your stay and to carry out excursions on foot, on bicycle or mountain-bike. Upon request the bicycles can be rented. During the summer is open the “Ginestre” center of Monforte with swimming pool for adults and kids, jacuzzi and massages. Closing period is from 2 January to 31 March.

Our rooms are prepared to the standard of the colours and the originality. The pavements are all in parquet. The double room “Lavender”, tuned with blue colour, is furnished in Provençal style, TV with satellite receiver. The room should be prepared with beds matrimonial or twins. The private bath is with shower. The matrimonial room “Bamboo” is in tune to the yellow colour and is furnished n ethnic-indonesian style, TV with satellite receiver. The private bath is with shower. The apartment “Grape bunch” is in tune to the red colour and is furnished in Piedmont style, TV with satellite receiver. The luminous living room is equipped of kitchenette, (sink, fires, refrigerator and microwaves oven) complete of pottery and pots. Table for 4 persons and chairs. The sofa should be transformed in two comfortable single beds. Wide and luminous bath with shower.
