La Guest House is a recently restored traditional Val Chiusella house with an independent entrance for guests and the typical arched veranda. There is a large garden and a patio and a splendid view of the mountains. It is on the edge of the small village of Trausella and many walks can be started straight from the house. There are three double rooms, (a children’s bed is available), and two independent bathrooms. The plentiful breakfast buffet offers a choice of homemade, local and mainly organic products. There is a shared sitting-room/library with wide selection of books in various languages, a CD player and board games. We also have mountain bikes and a ping pong table. We have ample tourist information and can advise you about excursions and walks. We can offer basic Hatha Yoga and guitar lessons. Suitable for small groups and seminars.

How to get there
By car:
From Aosta and Turin follow the A5 Turin-Aosta motorway. From Milan follow the A4 Milan-Turin motorway in the direction of Turin as far as Santhia, then take the turning for Aosta.
Leave the A5 Aosta – Turin motorway at Ivrea, then turn left taking the “Pedemontana” road for Rivarolo, Castellamonte.
At Strambinello (about 5 km from the motorway exit, after passing through two tunnels turn sharp right for the Val Chiusella and after about 200 metres take the left fork for Val Chiusella and TRAUSELLA.
Follow the SP 64 road up the Valley through Strambinello, Vistrorio and Gauna and after the API petrol station (about 5 km) turn left for Rueglio and Trausella and after a long bridge and two S bends turn right for Trausella, drive straight down the road and you will arrive at TRAUSELLA where La Guest House is signposted.
We can provide transport from Caselle/Turin airport or Ivrea railway station at a reasonable price.
