La Sua ubicazione permette al turista ospite della struttura, di raggiungere con assoluta facilità il centro Teodorino con la sua passeggiata, le Boutique i Pub, le Discoteche e i servizi primari quali banche e poste, farmacie, market, ristoranti ecc ... e naturalmente l’affascinante spiaggia de La Cinta con i suoi circa 4 km di sabbia bianchissima, dall’acqua smeraldina e dai fondali bassissimi e trasparenti.
Facilmente raggiungibile dalla principale Via Sardegna, il B&B " eldivin " è disposto al piano primo di un’abitazione privata.
Il servizio di prima colazione è servito ogni mattina dalle ore 08:00 alle 10:00 a buffet nella sala Breakfast o nella veranda di pertinenza all’aperto con, fresche spremute, crostate e torte di frutta, croissant, tisane, caffè e cappuccini.
Al servizio degli ospiti, disponiamo di un vano lavanderia a gettoni, acquistabili presso la struttura stessa dove nell’arco di un’ora è possibile lavare, asciugare e stirare i propri indumenti.
La nostra struttura è convenzionata con Ristoranti, Trattorie, Punti di ristoro nelle spiagge principali Teodorine, Rent e Car per noleggio moto, macchine, quad e gommoni, Centro escursioni a cavallo e in montagna e gite in barca organizzate nel Parco Marino di Tavolara.

How to get there
" eldivin " Bed Breakfast is a new resort sited in San Teodoro's Marina center, more precisely in the local neighborhood of Rinagghju at N° 17.
It's location offers it's guests a short walk to to the town's center and all San Teodoro's facilities, and promenade, it's shops, boutiques, pubs, Discos aswell as banks, posto office, chemist's, restaurants, supermarkets etc...... and of course it's superb beach " La Cinta " with it's 2 and half mile white and sandy shoreline, it's crystal clear and shallow turquoise water.
Easily reached form the main road, Via Sardegna, " eldivin " Bed & Breakfast is developed at the first and top floor of a private Villa, accomodating two double bedrooms and or with en-suite bathroom.
A third double bedroom with a mezzanine and roof top solarium is available which shares the main B&B bathroom.
Breakfast is served every morning between 8 to 10 Am at the breakfast front hall or on the outdoor veranda with fresh juices, homemade tarts, fruit cakes, and croissants, Tea, coffee and Cappuccino.
As part of the services offered our guests have a laundry room with washer and dryer and steam Iron. Coins can be exchaged at the front desk.
Our facilities include favourable agreements with local restaurants, beach cafès Car renting ( bikes, mopeds, quads etc. ). Day trips, Trekking, horse riding, and boat trips to the marine reserve of Tavolara, for which you will have a discount.
