The B&B
It's a totally restored villa built in the Thirties. This B & B is the dependance of the villa, completely indipendent from the owners' house. It's situated in the elegant residential area of S.G.La Punta. It's ten minutes walk from the historical centre, ten minutes drive from Catania, twenty-five minutes drive from Taormina, forty-five minutes drive from the northen slope of Etna mountain and twenty minutes from Catania airport.
In the neighbourhood there is a big department store.
The rooms
It's a perfect indipendent apartment in Sicilian style.
It consist of:
-a big lounge with fireplace and traditional stone oven, a well equipped cooking area with sink, cooking stove (no use), dishwasher,fridge;
-a bedroom with double bed,bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers; in Summer cool air is given by a ceiling fan;
-a small bedroom with a sofa bed and a bedside table
-a big and elegant bathroom with shower.
The apartment is provided of an indipendent central heating

In effetti a disposizione degli ospiti non è solo una camera matrimoniale ma tutto l'appartamento composto da: matrimoniale, stanzetta, grande soggiorno-cucina, elegante bagno. La stanza è provvista di ventilatore a pale per assicurare il fresco d'estate, ma in effetti pochi lo usano perchè la casetta è molto fresca.

How to get there
BY CAR:
A18 Motorway,way-out S.Gregorio, follow signs to S.G.La Punta
BY TRAIN:
Get off at Catania Central Station, outside the station there is
the AST bus stop, take the bus to S.G.La Punta.
BY AIRPLANE:
at the airport take a taxi or the AST bus which get to Catania
Central Train Station, then take the bus to S.G.La Punta.
The owner will pick up you at the main square in S.G. La Punta.
