The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor (without an elevator - but you can count on help with your luggage and the steps are easy) of a building dating back to the beginning of the 1900s. As you can see from the photo, has been finely restored with parquet in every room, double pane windows, armored door, arches windows and custom-made furniture. There is a common bathroom, with windows, with bathtub and shower; the water supply is always guaranteed thanks to a private well. The apartment is further endowed with a balcony, with beautiful overlooks onto the green and hills of Fiesole, where it is possible to hang out the laundry and smoke (which is not allowed inside the house). All the rooms are very luminous and silent. Cleaning is guaranteed.
The guests have available two double rooms, with the possibility of single or triple use. The rooms are spacious, furnished with elegance modern furniture, equipped with all the comfort and supplied with linens, both bed and bath. If you are a group a bit more numerous, alternative solutions are possible.

How to get there
Dalla stazione centrale (Santa Maria Novella: S.M.N.): Se avete bagagli voluminosi, la soluzione migliore è il taxi, che impiega veramente pochi minuti. Potete anche prendere l’autobus, sia l’1 A in direzione Il Lapo che l’1 B in direzione Boccaccio, e scendere alla fermata Madonna della Querce. Via Boccaccio è la seconda strada sulla destra.
Per quel che riguarda le altre stazioni ferroviarie, l’appartamento non è lontano dalla stazione secondaria di Firenze Campo di Marte (C.M.).
Dall’aeroporto di Firenze Peretola “Amerigo Vespucci”: Con l’autobus navetta occorrono circa venti minuti per arrivare in stazione centrale.
In automobile: Uscite a Firenze Sud, seguite le indicazioni per lo stadio e poi per Le Cure.
Dall’aeroporto di Pisa: Vi sono frequenti collegamenti sia ferroviari che mediante autobus dall’aeroporto di Pisa alla stazione di Firenze S. Maria Novella. Il tempo di percorrenza è di circa 50 minuti.
Parcheggio auto: Come in tutta la città, il parcheggio in strada è a pagamento dal lunedì al sabato dalle 8 alle 20. E’ possibile lasciare gratuitamente la macchina allo stadio, che non è molto distante dall’appartamento, escluso i giorni di manifestazioni sportive o artistiche. Altrimenti è possibile fare un abbonamento per usufruire di un garage a circa 500 mt. dall’appartamento.
