Submerged in olive orchards and vineyards, 10 minutes from Florence, our delightful hamlet consists of an ancient farmhouse (the owners' residence) and its hayloft, recently remodeled in the original style and converted into four lovely apartments with kitchenette and private garden/terrace for dining.
If you wish to taste a glass of good Chianti wine, if you are in the mood for a reiky (pranotherapy) session, if you need a lift to/from Florence (on a seven-seat compact van), if you want to see all those extraordinary places out of the beaten tracks with someone that knows the area, Rita and Giuliano will make all them possible.
Horseback riding, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a fishable lake and a golf-course are all close by.

How to get there
Coming from Rome or North of Italy: on the A1 highway (Autostrada del Sole), take "Firenze Scandicci" exit. After passing the toll house continue on freeway called "S.G.C. FI-PI-LI" heading for Pisa-Livorno, then take "Ginestra Fiorentina" exit. At the stop turn right (Montespertoli direction). At the roundabout, follow the sign to Montespertoli. Having reached the second roundabout, follow the sign to Montespertoli again. After approx 300m (just before "Anselmo" and "Villa Romana I° Sec. A.C." and "Parco PAN" and "Chianti b&b Firenze" signals), turn right. Cross a small red bridge, continue forward, go steeply uphill and you will see your small-towered barn on your left hand side.
