The residence Nonno Alberice is an old- fashioned building dated 1800, situatetd in the centre of the medieval village of Rosignano Marittimo.
Nonno Alberice’s present owners and managers are the great granddaughters. In 2003 they finished restoring the building, keeping the original architecture, where it was possible and they furnished the apartments according to the sourrounding atomosphere, but at the same time making it comfortable and practical. From the restore we made 12 lovely flats spacious and well lit with lift, in which 7 are overlooking the sea.
The guests can choose between the flats located on the first floor with private balcony furnished with table, chairs and beach-umbrella. The ones on the second floor have a panoramic terrace, furnished. The apartments on the third floor are characterized by the attic and roof skylights with a romantic stars view.
The flats are furnished with modern kitchens, Tuscan style furniture and with wrought iron beds. Every flat has a TV,autonous methane heating, bold windows with screens and armoured doors.
The residence is also furnished with sharing spaces like: our panoramic terrace situated on the second floor, a washing up area with washing machine and dryer with token and a large private garden. Going down by lift to the old wine cellar you can get to the courtyard, restored, keeping the old fashioned style, with its pavement in brickwork, the arches in stone and the typical Tuscan cloister. As we go along we enter the garden which overlooks the sea, furnished with deck-chair, a shadowed area, and barbacue, where you can enjoy a day in the sun with all tranquillity and relaxing dinner with dishes cooked over the grill.

A12 direzione LIVORNO, arrivati a Livorno proseguire sull’autostrada in direzione ROSIGNANO MARITTIMO ed uscire alla fine dell’autostrada. Girare a dx sulla Variante Aurelia SS1 in direzione Rosignano/Livorno e uscire alla seconda uscita ROSIGNANO SOLVAY. Girare a dx in via di Serragrande, dopo circa 1 km al bivio girare a dx sulla SP 10 direzione Rosignano Mmo. Dopo ca. 1 km ( dopo la piazza della chiesa) girare a dx nel vicolo Curtatone.
