- dalla stazione Piazza S.Antonio: bus per Tirrenia-Viale D'Annunzio,1° fermata dopo il semaforo del Ponte CEP oppure bus n° 6 “Stazione - CEP” ultima fermata di Via Livornese proseguire a piedi(300mt)
- dall’autostrada A12 - S.g.c. FI-PI-LI: uscita “SS 1 Aurelia” direzione Genova - Viareggio. Al 1° semaforo girare a sinistra (Via Livornese). Al 2° semaforo girare a sinistra,il B&B si trova 100 m dopo a sinistra.
