Rustichino Country House is the perfect place for people who loves quietness, nature, and the convenience to be well connected to the other Umbrian towns.
The latest 1800 farm-house is surrounded by 12 hectares of land, and it is been restored according to the typical Umbrian architecture.
The Country House is composed by 2 apartments (kitchen, living-room, double bedroom and bathroom) and a double bedroom with bathroom. One of the apartments is equipped for handicapped people.
Both apartments and bedroom has independent entrance and independent heating.
Wide parking, equipped playground, bowling field, barbecue and bikes are available for our guests.
The Rustichino Country House is located among the green Umbrian hills, in the town of Giano dell’Umbria , just a few kilometres from Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco and Spoleto.
Thanks to its location, in the heart of Umbria, you can easily make a daily excursion in order to reach all the most beautiful towns.
How to reach us:
* If you come from North, take the A1 highway exit to Valdichiana, towards Perugia, then take the E45 to Rome.
After 20 kilometres exit to Ripabianca and go to Bastardo, then straight towards Spoleto.
After 4 kilometres pass over the gasoline station and immediately turn right towards Rustichino.
Drive for 300 metres and you reach the Rustichino Country House. (on your left).
* If you come from South, take the A1 freeway exit to Orte and towards Terni.
After 30 kilometers go towards Perugia (E45) and then exit to Massa Martana, go on towards Bastardo and then towards Spoleto.
After 4 kilometers pass over the gasoline-station and immediately turn right towards Rustichino.
Drive for 300 meters and you reach the Rustichino Country House (on your left).

How to get there
Da Nord:
Autostrada del Sole A1 con uscita Valdichiana, proseguire direzione Perugia, prendere direzione Roma ed uscire a Ripabianca. Prendere direzione Foligno ed arrivare a Bastardo. Da Bastardo proseguire la strada che porta a Spoleto e dopo circa 3 chilometri, dopo un distributore di benzina, girare subito a destra, citroviamo dopo 300 metri, casolare in pietra e mattoni con grande fienile.
Da Sud:
Autostrada A1 uscita Orte, proseguire per Terni,oltrepassare Spoleto, direzione Foligno, uscita Montefalco, oltrepassare Cannaiola, proseguire fino alla strada provinciale 451, girare a destra, direzione Bastardo e dopo 8 chilometri in località Casa Naticchia girare a sinistra subito prima di un distributore di benzina. Ci troviamo dopo 300 metri, casolare in pietra e mattoni con grande fienile.
