To guarantee guests privacy and tranquillity, the B&B has a separate entrance which leads to the upper floor of the house, (exclusively for the B&B) with an attic, well-lit and furnished with care and originality.
It consists of 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom, a living room and a large porch surrounded by nature where, depending on the season, breakfast is served.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN indoors.

Strolls on foot or by bicycle in the green zone adjoining the B&B which, skirting the village of Ponte Felcino, winds its way into the Tevere natural park; the route also leads to the interesting Didactic Forest and the pinewood of Ponte Felcino where an exciting air route has been laid out, among the treetops, for adults and children. Trips by bicycle to the plains and hills of the area, with views of Assisi and Monte Subasio. Birdwatching (even from inside the garden!).
Trips to Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio, Trevi, Montefalco, and Foligno.
Excursions to the Park of the Trasimeno, the Park of Monte Cucco, Park of the Sibillini, fluvial Park of the Tevere, etc.
Courses : Music courses of familiarisation with medieval string instruments, the viola da gamba and the violoncello (at least one week’s stay is required).

How to get there
BY CAR:
From the North: A1 National Highway Firenze - Roma exit Valdichiana, then take the connecting road Bettolle - Perugia, proceed in the direction of Cesena, exit Lidarno Sant’Egidio; alternatively the highway E 45 Ravenna - Roma, exit Lidarno Sant’Egidio.
From the South: A1 National Highway Firenze - Roma exit Orte, take the E 45 in the direction of Cesena, exit Lidarno Sant’Egidio. From the Lidarno Sant’Egidio exit proceed towards the centre of the village of Ponte Valleceppi, after approx. 600 metri you will find Via del Laghetto on the left. We are at No. 41.

Railway route FIRENZE-ROMA (timetable online) Perugia station or Perugia Ponte S. Giovanni(which is nearest).
BY AIR: Sant'Egidio Airport (Perugia), taxis or cars can be hired at the airport.
It is possible, by prior agreement, to collect guests from the station or the airport.
