Adria bed & breakfast is a delicious rustic recently restructured, typical of the Venetian country, absorbed in a green park of property but despite all to few footsteps of the city centre.
The two rooms are spacious and pleasant, ideal also for long stays. The bed & breakfast, during the summer period, offers the possibility to take the breakfast, to the open under the wood pergola that is found behind the house, in perfect calm. The house entry is independent.
On the whole, it can be considered an singular apartment with all its comforts. For person, who stops for long periods, is reserved the use of the washer positioned inside the bath.
The rooms are both of 19 mqs equipped with air-conditioner, tv, double bed in wrought iron, wardrobe, armchair or couch and small writing desk.
The hours of check -in are: from 12-30 to 13.30 and from 18.30 to 24.00.
The check out is obligatory within the hours 10.00 a.m. For whom wanted is possible to leave in custody the baggages up to yours departure.
You must to communicate before the booking for variations of schedule, of arrival or of departure, or particular demands, so that to avoid disagreeable drawbacks.

How to get there
AS TO REACH AS:
From Padua gone out motorway toll gate A13 BOARA;
from Bologna gone out motorway toll gate A13 Villamarzana - south Rovigo *;
from Verona to finish the speedway “transpolesana Vr-Ro” to the rotatory one *;
from Ravenna to the height of the commune of Taglio di Po to turn to the left in direction Adria *;
from Venice from the ss 309 “Romea” in proximity of the commune of Rosolina to turn to the right *;
* to follow for ss 443 Rovigo <-> Adria, to the semaphore to turn to the right (for who arrives from Rovigo) or to turn to the left (for who arrives from ss 309 Romea) for center of Adria, to cross the level crossing, to continue for the principal road, holding the right for the avenue planted with trees up to the semaphore. Turn to the right, in proximity of the “L. Da Vinci” school and moderate the speed, then you meet , on the right:

- Aguiari;
- localita’ Cengiaretto.
You continue for 200 mts in the dirt road, at the crossing turn right…. and arrive!
