Villa dei Pini is a house dating back to the 1920s, carefully and conservatively restored. Raftered ceiling, stone staircase and fireplace. Three “Cedrus deodara” pines, almost one hundred years old, dominate in the large, well cared-for garden which surround the house, the extensive foliage protecting the house from the rigour of winter and the heat of the summer and making it comfortable in every season.
Situated in the municipality of Sant‘Ambrogio di Valpolicella (Vr), in Domegliara, Villa dei Pini is 16 km from Verona, the fourth city in Italy in terms of artistic and historic interest, 10 km from Lake Garda, with the fantastic “Gardaland” amusement park, the thermal swimmingpool of “Villa dei Cedri” at Colà di Lazise, the Zoo and Safari park and other aquatic parks.

Autostrada del Brennero A"" uscita Verona Nord
Dal casello di Verona Nord proseguire per la superstrada “Brennero” , direzione Trento-Valpolicella. Dopo circa 10 km uscire all'indicazione Trento – autostrada Brennero, Immettersi a destra sulla S.S 12 sempre in direzione Trento per circa 3 km. Subito dopo una stazione di servizio REPSOL girare a destra e proseguire fino allo stop.Girare a sinistra e dopo 20 m sulla destra dopo la casa d'angolo si arriva al B&B Villa dei Pini. La villa è bianca, rientrata rispetto la strada con davanti tre grandi pini.
Autostrada del Brennero A22 Uscita "Affi"
Proseguire per la strada che attraversa i Centri Commerciali, seguendo le indicazioni per Verona-Sant'Ambrogio-Domegliara: giunti ad una rotatoria svoltare a destra e percorrere la S.P. n°11 fino a Sega di Cavaion V.se;. Allo stop (dopo circa 5-6 km) girare a sinistra prendendo la S.P. n° 27° per 2 Km fino al semaforo. Svoltare a destra per ritrovarsi sulla S.S. n°12. Continuare per circa 1 km fino al prossimo semaforo, girare quindi a sinistra, passare sotto ad un cavalcavia ferroviario e prendere poco dopo la strada a destra. Proseguire attraversando il paese, oltrepassare la piazza e dopo circa 300 m a sinistra al n° 7 c'è Villa dei Pini. La Villa è bianca, e con davanti tre pini molto grandi.
